The Draw phase is starightforward: each player draws two cards from the top of his deck. You've drawn a second Sansa Stark and a Narrow Sea:

A second Sansa - that's useless! Or is it? We'll find out.

Both players should have a total of nine cards in hand. That's it - on to Marshalling!
