  Lady
When Joffrey Baratheon fought Arya Stark with his steel sword, Arya was saved by her wolf, Nymeria, who savaged Joffrey's arm. Afterwards, Cersei demanded Nymeria's death. Nymeria was gone, driven away by Arya; however, Sansa's wolf, Lady, was available.

  Viserys Targaryen
After selling his sister to Khal Drogo in return for the promise of aid in retaking Westeros, Viserys chafed at the delays. His anger grew until he confronted the khal at Vaes Dothrak, sacred city of the Dothraki. In his anger, he drew a sword - forbidden in the city. Khal Drogo then decided to crown him - with a pot of molten gold.

  Jory Cassel
After Lady Catelyn Stark took Tyrion Lannister hostage, Ser Jaime Lannister confronted Eddard Stark in a fury. On the streets of King's Landing, Jaime ordered his men to kill the Stark retainers. Jory fought his way free. . . and then returned to help his lord, and was killed.

  Robert Baratheon
The king of Westeros died in the hunt, gored by a massive wild boar. An inquiry revealed that Robert was drunk at the time, inebriated with a powerful wine given to him by his squire, Ser Lancel Lannister. After the king's death, the Lannisters seized power. . .

  Septa Mordane
After the Lannisters took control of the Iron Throne, they promptly purged the city of Starks. Septa Mordane was one, and her head ended up on a spike.
